Description
The TTH 1050 hp upgrade turbocharger for the Mercedes-AMG M177 LS2 4.0-liter V8 biturbo represents the ultimate upgrade for modern AMG high-performance vehicles. Based on the original OEM BorgWarner/Mercedes turbocharger, a completely performance-optimized conversion is implemented, specifically designed for extreme boost pressures and high airflows. The goal is a consistently stable high-performance supply with maximum efficiency in the upper rev range – uncompromising for Stage 3+ and racing setups.
Optimizations to the OEM turbocharger
- CNC-machined extended-tip high-flow compressor wheel
- Flow-optimized compressor and inlet machining
- Large-dimensioned performance turbine for maximum exhaust gas flow
- Significantly reinforced bearings for extreme thermal loads
- Optimized gap dimensions for increased efficiency and stability
- Fine balancing down to 0.05 g for maximum smoothness at very high speeds
- In-house manufacturing & final inspection according to TTH specification
- Plug-and-play installation on serial connectors

- Upgrade to low- and high-pressure fuel system is mandatory.
- High-performance intercooler recommended

Only suitable for vehicles with the M177 LS2 engine . Achievable performance depends on the overall setup.
Important instructions
- Conversion is only possible with technically sound OEM turbochargers.
- No returns accepted if the bearings are damaged, have grinding marks, oil leaks, or other defects.
- Optional delivery of new turbochargers depending on availability
