Wagner tuning intercooler & performance

Wagner Tuning's intercoolers are based on a bar-and-plate design with a high-quality performance core optimized for maximum cooling capacity. The end tanks are made of cast aluminum and are developed using CAD-supported flow analysis to ensure optimal airflow with reduced backpressure.

Compared to standard intercoolers, Wagner Tuning models offer a significantly larger frontal area (between 10% and 134%) and an increased charge air volume (50% to 105%), depending on the version, resulting in lower charge air temperatures and higher engine performance. The intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with additional heat-conducting properties and have been tested up to a pressure of 6 bar.

The installation is a plug-and-play solution, where the original intercooler is simply replaced with the Wagner Tuning model, while the standard charge air hoses can still be used.
