§ 1 Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods via the online shop of
KTH Parts GmbH , Am Tönniesberg 16, 30453 Hanover

(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

(4) We do not recognize any differing terms and conditions of the customer unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(3) For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
§ 4 Delivery
(1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(3) Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
§ 5 Payment Terms
(1) The payment methods offered in the shop are available to the customer (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna, prepayment).
(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
(3) In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal

§ 8 Liability for defects (warranty)
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For entrepreneurs the warranty period shall be 12 months from delivery.
(3) Obvious defects must be reported in writing by entrepreneurs without delay.
§ 9 Liability
(1) We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
(3) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
§ 10 Special notes on vehicle and tuning parts
(1) Many of the products offered are Not approved for use on public roads unless explicitly stated otherwise.
(2) The customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the equipment before installation and use.

§ 11 Installation & Use

§ 12 Returns
