§ 1 Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods via the online shop of

KTH Parts GmbH , Am Tönniesberg 16, 30453 Hanover

agreements are made between us and our customers.

(2) The product range is aimed exclusively at customers with a delivery address in the European Union.

(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or legally capable partnership who, when concluding a contract, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent activity (§ 14 BGB).

(4) We do not recognize any differing terms and conditions of the customer unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.


§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

§ 4 Delivery

§ 5 Payment Terms

§ 6 Retention of Title

§ 8 Liability for defects (warranty)

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) For entrepreneurs the warranty period shall be 12 months from delivery.

§ 9 Liability

(1) We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

(3) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.


§ 10 Special notes on vehicle and tuning parts

(1) Many of the products offered are Not approved for use on public roads unless explicitly stated otherwise.

(2) The customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the equipment before installation and use.

§ 11 Installation & Use

§ 12 Returns
