Description
The TTH Performance Package for the Mercedes-AMG M157 is designed for uncompromising, high-power setups at racing level. Extensively optimized turbocharger and component solutions enable the standard 5.5-liter V8 biturbo engine to consistently and reliably deliver power outputs up to approximately 950 hp . The focus is on maximum airflow, thermal stability, and absolute resilience under full load.
Optimizations to the turbocharger system
- CNC-machined high-flow compressor wheels with increased air mass
- Flow-optimized performance turbines
- Modified inlet and exhaust sides to reduce exhaust back pressure
- Reinforced bearings for extreme speeds
- Optimized gap dimensions for maximum efficiency
- Fine balancing down to 0.05 g for maximum smoothness of operation
- In-house TTH manufacturing and final inspection
- Plug-and-play assembly based on OEM principles
