Water injection boost cooler
Stage 3 NA EFI
High-precision water injection system for powerful naturally aspirated engines – maximum thermal control through EFI-based control.
Description
The Boost Cooler Stage 3 NA EFI water injection system was specifically developed for high-revving, performance-optimized naturally aspirated engines equipped with EFI or freely programmable engine management systems. Precise, map-dependent injection of water or water-methanol mixtures reduces intake air temperature, minimizes knocking, and ensures stable power delivery under high thermal loads.
System function & operating principle
- Map-based water injection via EFI control
- Reduction of intake air and combustion chamber temperature
- Increased knock resistance at high compaction
- Stable combustion conditions at high engine speeds
- Thermal relief of pistons, valves and cylinder head
Stage 3 configuration (NA EFI)
- Designed for high-performance naturally aspirated engines
- Integration into EFI or standalone control units
- High-performance high-pressure pump for precise injection quantities
- Finely scalable for high speeds and load ranges
- Suitable for motorsport and high-performance applications
Advantages in performance applications
- Stable power output under continuous thermal load
- Increased durability of high-compression engines
- Reduced knocking tendency with aggressive ignition maps
- Optimal support for performance-oriented NA concepts
- Increased thermal safety margin at the limit
Area of application
Designed for high-performance naturally aspirated engines with high compression, high RPMs, and demanding thermal conditions. Ideal for motorsport, track tools, and uncompromising NA performance setups.
Notes
Racing equipment – not approved for use on public roads.
Intended exclusively for motorsport and export vehicles. Not approved for public road use.
Installation, commissioning, and integration into the engine management system must be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop . Individual calibration of the engine control unit is essential for safe and efficient operation.
