Since the quality decides with Capristo, this exhaust system is manufactured from heat-resistant 1,4828 high-grade steel. This high-quality material gives the Capristo system a long service life. The exhaust systems are manufactured exclusively by hand in a WIG welding process. The systems are then polished to a high gloss. A quality control completes the manufacturing process. This system is interesting for the driver who is looking for maximum volume (with open flaps approx. 15 dBA louder than standard). With closed valves, the system (approx. 8 dBA louder than standard) is comfortable to drive, but still retains a sporty sound. The system has a TÜV certificate. The system can be connected to the original control system for the exhaust gas valves, but is also optionally available with our simple control system , which allows manual opening and closing of the valves. Optionally our new fan manifold (without TÜV) can also be used. If only the manifold is used in conjunction with the original exhaust system, the original mounting bracket for the rear silencer must also be replaced. Since the original system cannot compensate for the linear expansion due to the heat generated, damage to the system and the manifolds is to be expected. With our kit, the system can compensate for any length changes caused by heat without creating tension in the system. Furthermore we offer you a system without exhaust valves. Because the exhaust gases always go through the silencer, we were able to give the 430 the typical Ferrari F1 sound, which is missing in this model with serial system.
