PedalBox EV pedal tuning for Maxus eDeliver 3 (2022) (2022–)

The DTE Systems PedalBox EV is a pedal tuning module for electric cars, here for Maxus eDeliver 3 (2022) (2022–): it plugs in between the accelerator pedal and the original connector and adapts the factory pedal map – from range-optimised to clearly sporty. The drive power itself is not changed.

What is this product?

Driving programmes: LONG RANGE (intelligent signal optimisation that reduces energy consumption – according to DTE up to 20 % more range – with kick-down function), COMFORT (degressive curve for smooth, relaxed driving), DYNAMIC (noticeably more spontaneous response), PERFORMANCE (optimised response across the whole pedal range) and STOCK (factory setting). Each programme can be fine-tuned in 7 steps.

Limit mode limits pedal response and energy delivery, e.g. for novice drivers or valet parking.

Immobiliser: the start is only released when the paired wireless remote or smartphone is in range – also protects against Keyless Go relay attacks.

Versions: PedalBox EV Air is controlled solely via the DTE PedalBox app (remote available separately); PedalBox EV comes with the wireless remote (rechargeable via USB) and app control.

PerfecTune automatically calibrates the PedalBox EV to your accelerator pedal; the memory function keeps the last setting after restarting the car.

Installation

  • Installation in three steps: disconnect the accelerator pedal connector, connect the PedalBox EV base to both original connectors, stow the module (e.g. under the carpet behind the pedal).
  • Please select the exact version of your car when ordering – each PedalBox EV is programmed for a specific vehicle.
  • Installation by a specialist workshop recommended
